Kelly C. Hood is the visionary force behind the Southern Virginia Fashion Council, serving as its Executive Director and leading the charge to shape the future of the region’s fashion industry. Born and raised in Danville, Virginia, Kelly’s deep roots in her hometown inspire her mission to cultivate opportunities for local creatives, connect Southern Virginia’s talent to national and international networks, and build a legacy of creativity that uplifts the community.
Kelly’s passion for fashion, beauty, and the arts is reflected in every endeavor she leads. She is the Editor-in-Chief of nHaus Magazine, a premier publication dedicated to showcasing excellence in fashion, beauty, and art. Under her leadership, nHaus has become a creative platform that features striking editorials, celebrates diverse perspectives, and provides a space for emerging and established artists to shine.
Through the Southern Virginia Fashion Council, Kelly has established impactful nonprofit programs, industry-focused events, and networking opportunities that bring together designers, models, photographers, stylists, and entrepreneurs.
